Meeting audio
The contents of the meeting with all associated data such as participants, scheduling, transcript, etc., that you save on our servers for later analysis are encrypted with state of the art encryption (AES/TDES/RSA) and never shared with anyone.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Use of Your Meeting Personal Data
The Meeting data is not shared with anyone unless required by law and is not available for anyone to examine, internal to the company or external. The data is stored encrypted on our servers and only available to the application at the time it needs to render the service (ie Play the audio).
Use of your Login Provider Data (Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Apple)
Your Login Provider Data as shared by you via the Login Provider OAuth sign-in prompt consists of your User ID, Email address, Given name, Family name and Profile picture.
We use this data the following way:
- User ID: We use the unique, required, ID to associate you, the user, with your Provider identity, together with the email address, to be able to provide you with the service of transcribing meetings.
- Email Address: We use the unique, required, Email address to provide you with the service of transcribing meetings, such as visually identifying your account or associating a potential payment with your account.
- Given & Family Names: We use these required values to personalize communication, such as providing the To: email header with your name, not just your email address. We may also use your name to generate any invoice associated with a payment for a paid plan.
- Profile Picture: This field is not required, nor is it used or saved in any way by us, but it's part of the information shared by Google within their "profile" scope of authentication.
Use of your Stripe Data
Your Data as shared by you via a Stripe transaction consists of your Email address, Given name, Family name and Physical Address. This section only applies in case paid subscriptions are being used, and is only being shared after a Stripe transaction has been completed.
We use this data the following way:
- Email Address: We use the Email address to associate your Stripe transaction with your account on our website.
- Given & Family Names: We use these required values to generate an invoice associated with a payment for a paid plan.
- Physical Address: We use this required field for the sole purpose of generating an invoice associated with a payment for a paid plan.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.
